Cemetery and Ground Rules
Cemetery Hours: The visiting hours for the cemetery are from sunrise until sunset, no exceptions
Grave Décor: No planting of live flowers, shrubs, trees, etc., will be permitted. Only one decoration permitted on the ground on each grave. All other flowers/decorations will be removed. Grave blankets and shepherds’ hooks are not permitted at anytime in the Cemetery. Flowers from burials will be removed approximately 7-10 days after service.
Holiday Decorations: Holiday flowers and decorations are to be removed by February 15 each year. What is not removed by that date is subject to removal and disposal by Cemetery representatives in order to prepare for upcoming mowing season.
Parking/Driving: Stay on payment at all times. At no time should a vehicle be on the grass. There is only one single-lane road in the Cemetery. Stay in the middle of this road. We ask that if you plan to visit for an extended period, you park on an adjacent road, as not to block other visitors from making their way through.
Errors or Omissions: While every precaution is taken to avoid an error in the placement of graves in the Cemetery, in the event of an error, Purchaser agrees that the replacement of grave may be made, (No expense to Customer in the event of Cemetery error), to correct issue.
Payments for Lots or Grave Spaces: Prior to burial on any grave space, the space to be used, must be paid in full.
Default in Payment of Lot: In the event a Purchaser purchases a lot and only partial payment is made, and follow-up attempts are unsuccessful to contact lot owner or to receive payment, it is agreed that Purchaser has no interest whatsoever, in any portion, or part, of said lot, and the lot shall revert to Cemetery, and any monies paid shall be retained by Cemetery, as a non-fulfillment of the purchase Contract.
All Caskets (Burial Receptacles) must be encased in a permanent outer container, made of concrete, or steel, prior to Interment.
(Casket only not permitted)
All cremation burials must be in a permanent outer container, of either plastic, concrete, marble, or steel container. Wood is not acceptable, and requires an urn vault.
No extra deep, double, or stacked burials permitted.
Two cremations are allowed per lot. One standard interment is allowed per lot, but not in combination with a cremation burial.
Opening/Closing of graves, to be done by Cemetery Personnel, or our Representative, and cost of same, to be paid by Family, or Funeral Director, prior to burial.
